Heaton Fun Day Tradition Continues

2018 Fun Day a huge success, as Rhodes and Purau take the shield!

Who wouldn’t enjoy themselves while wearing popcorn shoes, having wild wet wheelbarrow races or navigating a minefield maze. These were just a few of the cooperative challenges that our students took part in during our much loved Heaton tradition.

Our annual Heaton Fun Day provides students with an opportunity to develop and strengthen friendships, and to create positive house culture. Students work in teams to compete in various challenges for house points, and must rely on their leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

Perfect weather set the scene for a wonderful day, with both teachers and students having a blast! A huge thank you to all of our school community for making this day so enjoyable.
