Whānau/Student/Teacher Learning Conferences Term 1, 2022
We encourage all parents/caregivers and students to attend the learning conference/s to:
- Discuss your child’s educational needs.
- Set goals for the year.
Interviews
- Monday 28 February, Thursday 3 March and Wednesday 9 March. Learning conferences are 10 minutes long.
- Held in your child’s classroom.
- Begin at 2.00 p.m. so classes will finish at 1.30 p.m. on these days.
We would appreciate students going straight home at this time. Please notify your child’s teacher if you have difficulties with this.
- Andrea Knight and specialist teachers will also be available for learning conferences.
- All ESOL students will receive separate information about an alternative system/dates for booking learning conferences. These interviews will be scheduled by Catherine Mundy.
Parents/whānau/caregivers attending conferences are required to show Vaccine Passes. If you do not have a Vaccine Pass, the interview with your child’s teacher can occur by phone call or Zoom meeting. You will need to organise this with your child’s teacher.
