Room 8 were thrilled to be included in the May issue of the Interface magazine which follows ICT learning in New Zealand schools. The editor of Interface offered us four different websites and web tools to look at over Term 1. We were asked to provide thorough reviews of these four, commenting on both their strengths and weaknesses. This gave us all a chance to see ways that we could use these as well as think about how they may be helpful to other students and teachers around New Zealand. The information we needed to gather was timely as it provided us with some new tools in which to utilise BYOD in our school.
Through Hapara and Workspace we were able to use a planning and crafting process which resulted in our final evaluations. This review process also gave us an insight into the tough world of editing and publishing. Feel free to click on the link below to check out our opinions and reviews.
